If you use the contact form on my site the following user information is stored:

Google Analytics is used on my website. This collection of data, which is stored by Google, allows me to monitor web page traffic and improve the website in order to tailor it to meet customer needs and improve their experience of the site.
This website contains the following code which anonymises the IP address of the user when accessing my website:

SS_lastvisit – This cookie is used to allow Sqaurespace's statistics module to determine if a website visitor is unique.
SS_MATTR – This cookie identifies a unique visitor. No visitor information is stored except a unique ID dropped on visitors to the site.
SS_MID – This cookie identifies a unique visitor. No visitor information is stored except a unique ID dropped on visitors to the site.
